Who We Are and What We Do
Welcome to Petits Gâteaux by Brenda! As the name suggests; we offer unique individual multilayered desserts as well as artisan chocolates with different fillings and textures that would leave any palate wanting. Here at Petits Gâteaux by Brenda, we use the natural sweetness of fruits thus reducing on the amount of added sugars as well as using high quality ingredients for these sweet sensations. Our products mainly feature fruits, herbs and nuts as well as utilising Dark, Milk, White and Caramel Couverture Chocolate from distinct brands such as Callebaut and Valrhona; taking their flavour profiles up a notch higher; and who wouldn't love that?
