As a classically trained pastry chef, that specializes in French chocolate, confectionery and French pastry; trained by the best Craftmen of France from working with Pierre Mirgalet a Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Gujan Mestras to Sebastien Bouillet in Lyon, our Pastry Chef Miss Brenda wanted to create something that reflects her passion for this beautiful and creative field; hence the genesis of 'Petits Gâteaux by Brenda’.
